6、 The variable speed working pressure is normal, and when the entire machine is operating under heavy loads, the main transmission shaft rotates quickly and forcefully. However, the entire machine cannot function properly during excavation operations and there is gold powder in the transmission fluid
Fault cause:
The high and low speed control lever is not in the low speed position for reversing or the transmission valve is not in place, the 1:3 clutch is damaged, and the forward clutch is damaged
Exclusion method:
Hang the high and low speed lever to the low speed position and readjust the pull rod
Replace the clutch friction plate and damage related components
7、 Oil leakage from the top breather of the torque converter
Fault cause:
Transmission valve pneumatic control valve stem "O", air leakage, blockage of torque converter return oil filter, blockage of internal oil circuit or guide wheel seat oil circuit of torque converter, blockage of torque converter to transmission return oil pipeline
Exclusion method:
Replace the O-ring of the air control valve, clean the return oil filter element or replace the filter element, clean each oil circuit or replace the guide wheel seat, and clean or replace the oil pipe
8、 Abnormal noise from torque converter
Fault cause:
The connecting teeth of the torque converter are toothed or the rubber teeth are damaged, the elastic connecting plate of the torque converter is dismantled, the main and auxiliary gear shafts or bearings of the 30F and 30D torque converters are damaged, the main transmission shaft splines are not aligned, or the clearance between the universal joint bearings is large
Exclusion method:
Replace the connecting wheel or rubber teeth, replace the elastic connecting plate, replace the driving and passive gears or bearings, and readjust or adjust the clearance
9、 The entire machine is working normally, with high oil temperature, insufficient output power, and aluminum foam in the transmission fluid
Fault cause:
Blocked return oil filter, blocked mechanical oil radiator, blocked return oil pipeline, damaged bearings, and worn torque converter three wheels
Exclusion method:
Clean or replace the filter element, replace the radiator, clean and unblock all oil circuits or replace, replace the bearings, replace the three wheels, and adjust the clearance
